Rods perfectly suited to cylinder piston rods, but also suitable for other applications. We offer rods made of stainless steel:
Cylinder sleeves:
H8 burnished tubes
Steel pipes, cold-drawn, seamless, for hydraulic cylinders. Inner diameter tolerance: H8.
Steel grades offered:
H9 welded pipes - ready for use
Electrically welded pipes for hydraulic cylinders, cold-drawn, with a smooth surface - not requiring further mechanical treatment, ready for use.

MACHINE PARK:
We offer a wide range of hydraulic cylinders that differ in mounting, diameter range and strength.
Our offer includes welded and bolted cylinders, as well as versions with inductive sensors and continuous stroke measurement and equipped with check or cartridge valves and flow regulators.
To meet the expectations of customers, cylinders can be covered with varnish of the selected color from the RAL palette.
All of our hydraulic cylinders undergo detailed quality control and pressure tests for tightness. We use high quality materials for the production of hydraulic cylinders. The piston rods are made of CK45, 20MnV6 steel with a standard hard technical chromium coating. At the client's request, we use rods with a double chromium coating, chrome-nickel, ARCOR coating (nitriding in salt baths). We have the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 certificate.
