Piston rods:

Chrome steel rods

  • CK45 - standard rods covered with hard chrome.
  • 20MnV6 - standard chrome rods, characterized by very good weldability.
  • 42CrMo4 - heat treated chrome rods, based on high quality, hardened and tempered high quality steel, making them ideal for harsh operating conditions.

Chrome plated induction hardened rods

Due to their high resistance to damage, they are perfectly suited to difficult working conditions.

Surface hardness measured:

  • CK45 induction hardened - HRC min. 54
  • 42CrMo4 Q + T - HRC min. 54

Chrome-plated stainless steel rods

Rods perfectly suited to cylinder piston rods, but also suitable for other applications. We offer rods made of stainless steel:

  • AISI 431
  • AISI 316
  • AISI 304

Cylinder sleeves:

H8 burnished tubes
Steel pipes, cold-drawn, seamless, for hydraulic cylinders. Inner diameter tolerance: H8.

Steel grades offered:

  • St 52.3 - standard material
  • AISI 304 - stainless steel

H9 welded pipes - ready for use

Electrically welded pipes for hydraulic cylinders, cold-drawn, with a smooth surface - not requiring further mechanical treatment, ready for use.

  • Made of steel St 52.3
  • Inner diameter tolerance: H9

Additional equipment:

MACHINE PARK:

We offer a wide range of hydraulic cylinders that differ in mounting, diameter range and strength.
Our offer includes welded and bolted cylinders, as well as versions with inductive sensors and continuous stroke measurement and equipped with check or cartridge valves and flow regulators.

To meet the expectations of customers, cylinders can be covered with varnish of the selected color from the RAL palette.
All of our hydraulic cylinders undergo detailed quality control and pressure tests for tightness. We use high quality materials for the production of hydraulic cylinders. The piston rods are made of CK45, 20MnV6 steel with a standard hard technical chromium coating. At the client's request, we use rods with a double chromium coating, chrome-nickel, ARCOR coating (nitriding in salt baths). We have the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 certificate.
