PONAR LUBAŃ Sp. z o.o. was established in 2005. The main subject of its activity is the production of piston and plunger hydraulic cylinders. All hydraulic cylinders manufactured by us undergo detailed quality control and pressure tests for tightness. PONAR LUBAŃ has extensive experience in the hydraulic industry mainly due to its highly specialized staff with many years of experience in the production of hydraulic cylinders.

We sell our products both on the domestic and foreign market. The cylinders we manufacture are used in many industries, including agricultural, construction, mining, machine tools as well as woodworking machinery and other specialized equipment.

Customers can count on the help of qualified technical staff consisting of trade specialists and experienced engineers using the latest systems supporting the process of creating the finished product, including the parametric Solid Edge 2020 system.

We use high quality materials for the production of hydraulic cylinders. The piston rods are made of CK45, 20MnV6 steel with a hard technical chromium coating in standard. At the client's request, we use rods with a double chromium coating, chrome-nickel, ARCOR coating (nitriding in salt baths). In our products we use seals from: Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Polska Sp. z o.o., Hallite, Guarnitec, Simrit.

All our cylinders undergo detailed quality control and pressure tests for tightness.

Our company has the ISO 9001: 2015 certificate awarded by TUV Nord on 11.05.2018. In April 2020, Ponar Lubań Sp.zo.o. has successfully passed the recertification of the Quality Management System for compliance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
